The Administrators of Personal Data together set the purposes and the methods of processing of Personal Data.

2. The Administrators process Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”).

3. The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is the legitimate interest of ERGIS S.A. and CPD (art. 6 section 1 f of GDPR) in regard to correspondence addressed to ERGIS S.A. and CPD in connection with its business activity.

4. The Personal Data may be transferred within inside of the ERGIS Capital Group as well as to other entities, if the law imposes such an obligation.

The obtained Personal Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

5. The Personal Data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected and for the period to the extent required by the applicable law or to secure any claims.

6. Every person whose Personal Data is processed has:

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your Personal Data.

8. The Administrators declare that they apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure entrusted Personal Data in accordance with the applicable regulations.

9. The Administrators of Personal Data cooperate in the implementation of their obligations arising from the processing of collected data. As part of the Agreement for co-administration, each Administrator of Personal Data is responsible for realizing of the duties arising from GDPR, which includes:

   • to provide safety of Personal Data processing through the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures,

   • to enable a person whose Personal Data is processed realizing of the rights resulting from GDPR, including responding to a request of a person whose Personal Data is being processed.

Each request and statement can be addressed to any Administrator of Personal Data or to all The Administrators of Personal Data.
